HOSPITAL BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER, UK

DESCRIPTION

Proximie is looking for dynamic, resilient individuals who want to make a material difference to our global mission of making surgery safer and better for all patients and want to take the opportunity of working within a digital health technology startup The role will combine the focus of delivering results as well as the liberating joy of working in a dynamic, fast paced and innovative environment. This role reports into the VP of Sales Europe & ANZ.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase the usage of Proximie by driving sales opportunities across the NHS and private sector
  • Expand the number of Proximie users within an account, in line with our land and expand strategy
  • Build engagement and value through the platform across surgical specialties
  • Identify new opportunities for sales growth, through effective targeting and business planning
  • Look to establish new revenue streams, that have yet to be captured
  • Implement set up and training of new accounts, including medical staff and corporate sales teams
  • Work cross functionally with the Corporate Account Manager and Implementation teams
  • Experienced sales representative in Medical devices, with track record of success
  • Good understanding of hospital stakeholders and sales process
  • Exceptional project management experience with fast paced delivery across multiple concurrent projects
  • Responsibility for development, roll out and management of a digital technology within a wide customer base
  • High level of change management experience to ensure sustained customer adoption
  • Travel is required on agreed geography, but sometimes throughout the UK. There may be occasional international travel

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experienced sales representative in Medical devices, with track record of success
  • Good understanding of hospital stakeholders and sales process
  • Exceptional project management experience with fast paced delivery across multiple concurrent projects
  • Responsibility for development, roll out and management of a digital technology within a wide customer base
  • High level of change management experience to ensure sustained customer adoption
  • Self-starter who is committed and comfortable in delivering results
  • High communication skills
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously whilst still delivering excellent results on time and in full
  • Resilient dynamic individual who is passionate about our core mission
  • Comfort to work to independently and in ambiguous and a rapidly changing environmen
  • Able to work as part of a team to reach a collective goal
  • Full clean driving license

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with startup companies beneficial
