HOSPITAL TERRITORY SALES ASSOCIATE, UK

DESCRIPTION

Working alongside an experienced Business Account Manager your role will be to support cases, provide educational activity support, and learn what makes a good salesperson. During your time you will learn key support activities and understand how to work in a hospital environment, including operating rooms.

We will look to develop your potential and in time train you on becoming a fully-fledged sales person with your own territory to develop, focusing on sales development and identifying opportunities for expansion.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase the usage of Proximie by supporting the Business Account Manager across the NHS and private secto
  • Support the number of Proximie users within an account, in line with our land and expand strategy
  • Develop relationships with key personnel to drive educational activities in societies and hospital
  • Implement set up and training of new accounts, including medical staff
  • Work cross functionally with the Corporate Account Manager and Implementation teams
  • A minimum of one year experience in medical devices
  • The passion and desire to work within healthcare and medical devices
  • A basic understanding of hospital stakeholders and the NHS
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilient and determined to take on the day to day challenge of a busy and dynamic working environment
  • Able to work as part of a team to reach a collective goal
  • Travel is required on agreed geography, but sometimes throughout the UK. There may be occasional international travel

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • A minimum of one year experience in medical devices
  • The passion and desire to work within healthcare and medical devices
  • A basic understanding of hospital stakeholders and the NHS
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilient and determined to take on the day to day challenge of a busy and dynamic working environment
  • Able to work as part of a team to reach a collective goal
  • Full clean driving license

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Batchelors Degree
