Significant commercial momentum underscores Proximie’s impact as the digital infrastructure powering the future of surgery

Boston, MA – January 13, 2026 – Proximie (the “Company”), the leading global health technology platform digitizing operating rooms (“ORs”), announces more than 100% growth in user activity in 2025. This growth was driven by rapid adoption of its AI-enabled Intelligence Suite across ORs worldwide, as health systems seek to improve surgical performance within existing resource frameworks. The milestone reflects Proximie’s leading role as the digital backbone for data-driven, connected surgery.

As demand for digitally enabled surgery continues to rise, Proximie is addressing the workforce constraints and efficiency pressures facing health systems globally. The Company’s unique dual offering – comprising its market-leading Intelligence Suite and Surgical Suite – delivers objective, real-time signals and post-operative analytics at an unmatched standard. The Intelligence Suite, a key contributor to growth this year, ambiently captures abundant data points from ORs, transforming them into connected ecosystems of people, devices, and data to keep surgical pathways on track.

Using Proximie, multi-site analyses across international healthcare systems identified an opportunity to recover 19-25% of total OR time, allowing for one additional case per OR, per day, without overruns. For a partner with 60 ORs, efficiency gains at this level are likely to unlock up to US$90 million in additional annual revenue. Proximie is acting on this demonstrable opportunity to optimize OR performance through targeted efficiency improvements.

The Intelligence Suite is live across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, powering Proximie's strong commercial performance throughout 2025. Notably, the Company recently agreed a 16-room expansion at Orlando Health’s Orlando Regional Medical Center to drive OR efficiency and increase case throughput.

During 2025, Proximie announced partnerships with leading industry players, including HistoSonics, Imperative Care, and IRCAD North America. The platform now serves as the digital infrastructure for many of the world’s largest and fastest-growing medical device companies, reflecting its role as the foundation upon which the future of connected surgery is being built.

Dr. Nadine Hachach-Haram, Founder and CEO of Proximie, said:

“2025 proved the future of surgery is connected and data-driven. With the launch of Proximie’s Intelligence Suite, we demonstrated how ambient data capture, real-time insights, and predictive analytics, embedded directly into the OR, can unlock measurable efficiency gains and recover valuable capacity without increasing pressure on clinical teams.
“Our strong growth across 2025 validates our model and mission, but this is just the beginning. As we expand our global footprint and continue shaping the OR of the future, our focus remains on improving predictability, efficiency, and surgical outcomes worldwide.”

Building on its significant commercial momentum, Proximie has hired strategically to double its computer science team and strengthen leadership across Engineering and the Americas, positioning the Company for sustained growth and global impact.

Proximie continues to advance its Global Health Initiative, supporting access to safe surgery and digital surgical infrastructure in underserved regions. The Company has actively expanded into seven countries across Africa, reflecting its mission to leverage data-driven surgical tools to help close critical gaps in access and outcomes globally.

In 2026, Proximie will continue accelerating the adoption of fully connected, data-driven ORs. The Company plans further regional expansion across the US, Europe, and Middle East; continued product development; and deeper integration with medtech device partners.
