We are looking for an innovative and independent self-directed individual. This is a hands-on execution-based role. As part of a tight-knit team of professionals, you will orchestrate the project, manage expectations, communicate deadlines and maintain outstanding client relations. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that project deliverables are on time and produce the desired results. You must be high energy with excellent problem-solving skills. You must have passion, purpose, and drive as it relates to serving customers. The role requires exceptionally high time management and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will report to the Vice President of Operations.


  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Consolidate data and produce content for reporting purposes as needed
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with clients and colleagues
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities related to project deliverables
  • Assist in improving communication and infrastructure to ensure project deliverables are
  • Communicate with leadership on project deliverables status, needs and challenges
  • Assist with properly maintaining information in project folders
  • Track key project milestones
  • Drive operational success in a fast-moving and rapidly growing environment
  • Identify and implement best practices as part of continuous operational improvement
  • Assist with technical case support


  • Fluent English speaking with reading and writing ability
  • BA or BS Degree in a medical or business field
  • 3+ years of prior project management experience
  • Possesses healthcare project management experience and demonstrates thorough
    knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and relevant clinical and IT operations
    Experience in a fast-paced start-up company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Proven strong time management skills


  • PMP certification and/or MBA or relevant experience
  • Six Sigma certification or relevant experience
  • Knowledge and understanding Dynamics CRM software
  • Experience in medical related industries
